Welcome

Are you looking for extra support through a challenging situation you're currently facing? Are you overwhelmed by daily life? Have you been feeling like you're all alone in your struggles?

We strive to be an oasis for you in the difficult moments you are facing. We are not here to preach to you or tell you what to think or feel, but to work with you as you seek out personal answers, increase your coping skills, and make choices that are healthy for you. We provide an empathetic and non-judgmental environment and offer practical feedback, tools, and resources to help you make positive changes in yourself and your life.

We can work together during your counseling sessions to better understand, move past, and navigate current concerns and/or heal from past traumas so that you can have a fulfilling and meaningful life.

We offer free 15-minute phone consultations with one of our counselors so you can determine if counseling at OCC is right for you.

I have found that the greatest help in meeting any problem is to know where you, yourself, stand. That is, to have in words what you believe and are acting from.

You, yourself, as much as anybody in the entire universe, deserve your love and affection.
