Oasis Policies for In-Person Sessions:
Vaccinated OCC staff will only see vaccinated OCC clients in-person in our offices. We ask that you email a copy of your card to your counselor and our administrative assistant - email@example.com as soon as you can. If you're not able to do this, please make sure you bring it to your first appointment so we can make a copy. Note: we will ask you to reschedule if you attend your first appointment in person and we do not have your card on file.
We ask each in-person client to wear a mask when entering the building, using our shared restrooms, sitting in our shared waiting room, and walking to their counselor's office. We are now sharing the building with other tenants and they have visitors as well and we cannot attest to their vaccination status.
Each person attending in-person sessions will be required to sign a liability waiver (see below).
We will be taking temperatures of all counselors at the start of the day and of each client prior to their session. We will also ask you if you have any COVID symptoms. If you have a temperature over 100°F or answer yes to having COVID symptoms, we will ask you to reschedule or switch to a telehealth appointment.
OCC will be utilizing HEPA air purifying machines in each counseling room and will be utilizing Odoban, a cleaner that works well against both bacteria and viruses, including COVID-19, in each office between clients. Additionally, we will use Odoban and other cleaners, including Lysol and Lysol wipes on commonly touched surfaces, such as doorknobs, light switches, the coffee bar, and the water machine.
