Larissa received a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Piedmont College and her Master’s in Community Counseling from North Georgia College & State University. She is a fully Licensed Professional Counselor with 10 years of experience in a dual diagnostic (substance abuse/mental health) setting and state mental health correctional facility for women.


Larissa works primarily with adult females who are motivated to make authentic and meaningful choices. She has experience in helping those who have experienced:

  • PTSD symptoms

  • Cultural identity issues

  • Sexual identity issues

Since working within the correctional system her understanding and passion to help individuals has deepened. Larissa utilizes various modalities of treatment to assist her clients with implementing change. She enjoys reading, hiking, creating art, enjoying nature and spending time with family and friends.
